Where No Hero is Forgotten

Acts of Kindness for an Army Vet with Cancer

Acts of Kindness for an Army Vet with Cancer

Final Update – September 30,2014

Sadly our dear hero passed away this month but not without leaving
an amazing wife and children and grandchildren who miss him dearly .
His family continues to honor all troops and veterans in his memory and
live life with integrity and passion as Captain Conn did . He remains in all our hearts as we serve our troops and wounded vets
daily here at Homefront Hugs .

Critical Update September 1, 2014
Our dear hero seems to be quietly saying goodbye as he
has fallen unconscious and is now on a ventilator with loving family
surrounding him, praying for the best . Your cards and letters earlier
this year meant the world to him and his son Walt…
Please keep his son and this beloved veteran,
US Army Captain Walter Conn, Senior in your hearts and prayers .
This is a difficult time for his family who are forever part of our
Homefront Hugs family …
